✅ WHAT WE ACCEPT

We are a youth-driven music and television channel committed to showcasing high-quality music videos from Zimbabwean and African artists. We primarily accept:

• Official Music Videos (preferred)

• Lyric Videos

• Visualizers

• Clean Audio Tracks (for backup rotation)

🎬 VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

🔹 Preferred Video Format

• Format: .MP4

• Frame Rate: 25 fps (frames per second)

• Resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD)

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9 Fill (Fit to screen – no black bars or letterboxing)

🔹 Video Classification

When uploading your file, clearly label the type of video:

• OfficialMusicVideo

• LyricVideo

• Visualizer

📁 File Naming Format

Please name your file using this structure:

ArtistName_SongTitle_VideoType_Year

Examples:

• TashaBlaze_WeekendVibe_OfficialMusicVideo_2025.mp4

• YoungKing_RideWithMe_Visualizer_2025.mp4

🧾 SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

✅ REQUIRED FILES:

1. Video File (.MP4, 25fps, 16:9)

2. High-Quality Audio File (WAV or 320kbps MP3)

3. Lyrics File (PDF or TXT)

4. Artist Bio + EPK (PDF or DOCX, max 2 pages)

5. Rights Declaration (Include in Google Drive folder)

📤 HOW TO SUBMIT

1. Upload all files to a Google Drive folder.

   • Ensure the folder is well organized and properly labeled.

   • Set the folder permissions to “Anyone with the link can view/download”.

2. Share the folder link with us by giving download access to:

📌 Subject line format when sharing link:

Music Video Submission: ArtistName – SongTitle – VideoType – Year

Example:
Music Video Submission: Tasha Blaze – Weekend Vibe – Official Music Video – 2025

❌ SUBMISSIONS THAT WILL BE REJECTED:

• Attachments sent via email

• Videos not in 25fps or with incorrect aspect ratio

• Unlabeled or poorly named files

• Submissions without clean version or rights declaration

• Private or inaccessible Google Drive links

⏱️ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Submissions are reviewed weekly.

• Selected videos will be scheduled for broadcast rotation.

• Jive TV will contact you if your content is accepted or if further information is needed.
